2017 has not been my year. I’ve been dealing with a lot of sh*t, per se. Listing: health issues, anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue, stress, self-doubt, lack of motivation, etc. I felt dazed, confused, and just wanted to sleep all the time. I kept wondering how I got into that state of mind, and how to switch back. I wanted to know where the life reset button, and a manual was.
Let me state the obvious. I LOVE health trends. One of my personal goals is to try as many as possible. I’m curious to see what works, what doesn’t, and to keep up with everything new. If it’s affordable and seems to be legit, I’m all in.
My newest obsession is Red Light Therapy. It’s not too popular, but it has been around for a while. If you haven’t heard about it, you’ll want to try it ASAP.
Crouching Lion Hike is a semi-easy hike. This steep, but quick, multi-tier trail is located just south of Kahana Bay. You’ll need athletic shoes, lots of water, sunscreen, sunglass/hat, and energy. This buns burning hike not only is an awesome workout, and boasts some of the the best views of the coast. You don’t want to miss it!
Byodo-In Temple is located in Kanoehe, HI. Located at the back of Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, it sits at the base of the Ko’olau Mountain Range. The temple is a local gem. If it’s been raining recently, you’ll be surrounded by waterfalls cascading down the mountains. It’s a dreamy as it seems.
