2017 has not been my year. I’ve been dealing with a lot of sh*t, per se. Listing: health issues, anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue, stress, self-doubt, lack of motivation, etc. I felt dazed, confused, and just wanted to sleep all the time. I kept wondering how I got into that state of mind, and how to switch back. I wanted to know where the life reset button, and a manual was.
Let me state the obvious. I LOVE health trends. One of my personal goals is to try as many as possible. I’m curious to see what works, what doesn’t, and to keep up with everything new. If it’s affordable and seems to be legit, I’m all in.
My newest obsession is Red Light Therapy. It’s not too popular, but it has been around for a while. If you haven’t heard about it, you’ll want to try it ASAP.

Almost 9 Months after that I moved across the world. I made it happen. Here are 11 legit ways to save money, just like I did.
About two years ago, I was researching online and I came across someone talking about a parasite cleanse. I didn’t even know WTF it was. So, I got curious. I dove in a little bit, and was hooked. *insert weeks of research*… I came across this book called, “The Cure for All Diseases”, by Dr. Hulda Clark, p.338ff. (Copyright Notice). It had some really great reviews, and was cheap. I scooped it right up.
