How long have you been blogging?
Just around 3 years. I started my first blog, Willow & Jade in January 2013 because my friend Carley mentioned I should store my recipes somewhere.

How long have you been a photographer?
Camera in hand since age 8, thanks to my dad who is an avid and fantastic photographer. He has taught me so much and has been so supportive of me. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him.
I’ve been getting paid to take photos for 5 years. I love it so much more every shoot.
What kind of formal training have you had?
I studied photography in high school for 3 years. I was 100% film then. We developed our own film and images. I have taken 6 college level classes on photography. I went digital in 2006.
What camera and lenses do you use?
I have a Nikon D600 and my iphone 5s. I use a 50mm, 24-85mm, 70-300mm. Most of the time I go between 50mm and 24-85mm.

Do you have a workout routine?
Yes. Currently I balance between weight-training and hot yoga.
What do you eat?
I try to get as much organic as I can. I’m lactose intolerant, so I avoid milky/cheesy things at all costs. Overall, High protein, low carb. Really it depends on my mood. I’m usually snacking on something all day, like peanut butter+apples, apple sauce with cinnamon, etc.
What does EVOO mean?
It’s short for extra virgin olive oil.
