2017 has not been my year. I’ve been dealing with a lot of sh*t, per se. Listing: health issues, anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue, stress, self-doubt, lack of motivation, etc. I felt dazed, confused, and just wanted to sleep all the time. I kept wondering how I got into that state of mind, and how to switch back. I wanted to know where the life reset button, and a manual was.
Drowning in my own head, I didn’t recognize myself anymore. I withdrew. Talking about my problems didn’t solve anything, and everyone was sick of hearing about it. But I felt stuck, trapped, and didn’t know what to do to change. I started to research, and came across a few podcasts that have changed my life, and my mindset.
Thanks to these podcasts, I’m becoming more motivated, and out of the dark. If you can relate, then give these podcasts a go. Even if you’re on top of your game, these podcasts are great for anyone. They’re real, raw, truthful, thought-provoking, humorous, and super inspirational.
